Who We Are
Dr. Sakiliba Mines M.D.
Founder
Dr. Sakiliba M. Mines, MD is an Integrative Family Physician. She has been a pioneer in Integrative Medicine, practicing for over 40 years. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry/Nutrition at Spellman College in Atlanta, Georgia, and her Medical Doctorate from Hahnemann Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She completed her specialty as a Family Physician at Howard University Hospital and most recently, has attained her Doctorate of Integrative Medicine from Capital University of Integrative Medicine in Washington, D.C. She is a member and instructor with the International Association of Colon Hydrotherapist, and a member of the American Holistic Medical Association.

Dr. Mines is the founder of "The Institute of Multidimensional Medicine PLLC" She has gathered a team of professionals to address the mind, body, spirit and energetics through integrative and comprehensive care. At the heart of her methodology are diagnostic testing, thorough patient communication, detoxification, and an individualized program. She is a researcher who presents the newest information to her patients and at seminars and lectures to educate the community.

Ahmad Mines raised in Silver Spring a graduate of Howard University where he obtained his bachelors in business administration majoring in international business and insurance with a concentration in French studies. Post graduation Ahmad worked as the healthcare administrator alongside Dr. Mines at "The Institute of Multidimensional Medicine PLLC". Ahmad subsequently studied nursing at Montgomery College and began working as a Registered Nurse. Ahmad spent 5 years serving the community as an emergency room nurse at Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring where he learned critical skills in treating acute patients from pediatrics to geriatrics. During his time as an ER nurse he pursued his graduate degree in family nursing practice at Walden University where he obtained his advanced practice degree with licensure in the tristate area. Ahmad has experience in family, vascular, urgent, and emergency medicines.
